Automobile sales and service garages: One parking space for each 600 square feet of gross floor area.
Barbershops and beauty parlors: Two parking spaces per operator.
Bowling alleys: Five parking spaces for each lane.
Churches: One parking space for every 80 square feet of principal auditorium, including balcony, if any. Where no auditorium is involved, one parking space for each two staff members.
Dancehalls, assembly halls, skating rinks: One parking space for each 150 square feet of floor area used for dancing or assembly or one space for every four seats.
Day care centers, nursery schools: One parking space for every two staff members, plus stacking space for three vehicles.
Drive-up financial offices, with no walkup facilities: One parking space per two employees plus three stacking spaces per teller.
Single-family dwelling: One parking space.
Two-family dwelling: One parking space per dwelling unit.
Row dwelling: One parking space per dwelling unit.
Multiple dwelling: One and one-half parking spaces per dwelling unit, excluding detached garage units.
Bed and breakfast: One parking space per boarding or lodging room. Notwithstanding subsection 134-64(1)a, the board of adjustment may grant an exception to the entire amount of such required off-street parking.
Financial, business and professional offices: One parking space for each 400 square feet of gross floor area, but in no case less than five parking spaces.
Funeral homes, mortuaries: One parking space for each five seats in the principal auditorium.
Furniture and appliance stores, tailors, household equipment, furniture, TV and radio, and shoe repair shops: One parking space for each 600 square feet of gross floor area, with a minimum of three spaces.
Fraternity or sorority houses: One parking space for each two persons residing on the premises.
Game rooms, pool halls and billiard parlors: One and one-half parking spaces for each 100 square feet of gross floor area for any establishment other than one with a liquor license or beer permit.
Hospitals: One parking space for each five beds, plus one space for each two employees, plus one space for each two staff doctors.
Hospitals (animal), kennels, animal grooming shops: One parking space per doctor plus one space per employee, plus one space for every 400 square feet, excluding dog confinement area.
Apartment hotels: One parking space for each two units.
Hotels, motels, lodginghouses: One parking space for each two bedrooms, and one space for each 300 square feet of restaurant, coffee shop, lounge and meeting rooms.
Housing for the elderly or handicapped: One parking space for every two units.
Manufacturing plants: One parking space for each two employees on the maximum working shift, plus one space for each 400 square feet of office space.
Miniwarehouse:One parking space for each ten storage spaces, stalls or lockers equally distributed throughout the storage area, plus one space for any caretaker's quarters, plus five spaces located at or near the project office for the use of prospective customers.
Nursing care homes, supervised group residences and correctional placement residences: One parking space per eight beds, plus one space per two nonresident supervisors or employees, plus one space per resident supervisor or employee.
Printing and plumbing shops: Three parking spaces plus one space per two employees.
Restaurants, taverns and nightclubs: One parking space for each 150 square feet of gross floor area.
Schools: Elementary and intermediate: One parking space for each two employees, plus ten spaces for visitors.
High school: One parking space for each two employees, plus one space for every ten students.
Schools: Business, trade, and others: One parking space for every two employees, plus one space for every five students.
Sports arenas, auditoriums, other than in schools: One parking space for each six seats.
Tennis courts, racquetball courts: Two parking spaces per court.
Theaters, assembly halls with fixed seats: One parking space for each six seats.
Wholesale warehouses and establishments: One parking space per 5,000 square feet of gross floor area for the first 100,000 square feet plus one space per 10,000 square feet of gross floor area over 100,000 square feet, or one space for each three employees, whichever is greater.
Shelters for the homeless: One parking space per two supervisors or employees, plus one space per 15 beds.
Assisted living residential facility: One parking space for each four dwelling units plus one space for each employee on the maximum working shift.
Retail stores, shops, supermarkets, etc.: 0—4,000 sqft Without gas sales1 per 400
